Dexterity Lab – Small Group Class

A fun, supportive small group designed to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and confidence in everyday hand function.

When launched, sessions will include:

• Interactive fine motor exercises

• Real-life hand movements you use every day

• Helpful tips and strategies to make tasks feel easier

• A fun, supportive group setting

Sessions follow monthly rotating themes, offering variety while supporting skill progression through weekly sessions.
